This Members Agreement & Code of Participation sets out the expectations, responsibilities, and standards of behaviour for all members of Pageanz Worldwide.

Its purpose is to:

• Ensure a safe, respectful, and empowering environment

• Protect members, coaches, staff, and the organisation

• Uphold safeguarding, wellbeing, and professionalism

• Maintain the integrity and reputation of Pageanz Worldwide

This Agreement applies to all individuals who:

• Hold a Pageanz Worldwide subscription or membership

• Participate in coaching, training, or tutorials

• Attend live or online events, workshops, or intensives

• Engage in member communities or online platforms

• Represent or associate themselves with Pageanz Worldwide

This applies across:

• Online platforms

• In-person events

• Coaching sessions

• Digital communities

• Social media where affiliation is visible

All members agree to uphold the following principles:

• Respect and dignity for all

• Professional and appropriate conduct

• Personal accountability and responsibility

• Cultural safety and inclusion

• Commitment to a supportive, growth-focused environment

Members must:

• Treat all individuals with respect and courtesy

• Engage constructively and professionally

• Follow instructions from coaches, staff, and facilitators

• Respect differing experiences, cultures, and perspectives

• Maintain appropriate boundaries at all times

• Use platforms and resources for their intended purpose

Pageanz Worldwide has a zero-tolerance approach to harm, abuse, or exploitation.

Members must:

• Comply with the Child & Vulnerable Persons Safeguarding Policy

• Avoid any behaviour that could place themselves or others at risk

• Respect supervision, boundaries, and consent requirements

• Immediately report safeguarding or wellbeing concerns

Safeguarding breaches may result in immediate removal without refund.

When engaging in member platforms (including forums, chats, and groups), members must:

• Communicate respectfully and constructively

• Avoid harassment, bullying, or exclusionary behaviour

• Not share confidential or private information

• Not provide harmful, misleading, or inappropriate advice

• Respect moderation decisions

Pageanz Worldwide reserves the right to moderate, remove content, or suspend access.

Members acknowledge that:

• Coaching is educational and developmental in nature

• Participation is voluntary and at their own pace

• Attendance at live sessions is their responsibility

• Missed sessions do not entitle refunds or credits

Members must follow:

• Health & safety instructions

• Event and platform rules

• Venue or online conduct requirements

All training materials, recordings, frameworks, and content are the intellectual property of Pageanz Worldwide.

Members must not:

• Share login details

• Record sessions without permission

• Copy, distribute, or resell content

• Use materials for commercial purposes

Unauthorised use may result in termination and legal action.

When identifying as a Pageanz Worldwide member, participants must:

• Represent themselves honestly and respectfully

• Avoid public behaviour that damages the organisation’s reputation

• Not speak on behalf of Pageanz Worldwide unless authorised

• Not engage in public disputes relating to the organisation

Members agree to comply with all Pageanz Worldwide policies, including but not limited to:

• Subscription Terms & Conditions

• Code of Conduct

• Social Media & Communications Policy

• Safeguarding & Health & Safety Policies

This Agreement operates alongside those policies.

Breaches of this Agreement may result in:

• Warning or corrective action

• Temporary suspension of access

• Removal from events or platforms

• Termination of membership without refund

• Revocation of privileges or recognition

Serious breaches may result in immediate termination.

Members acknowledge that:

• Results vary between individuals

• No specific outcomes, titles, placements, or success are guaranteed

• Progress depends on personal effort and external factors

Members must:

• Respect the privacy of others

• Keep shared personal information confidential

• Not record or distribute private discussions

Pageanz Worldwide may update this Agreement from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand, unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a subscription, joining a program, or participating in any Pageanz Worldwide activity, members confirm that they:

Have read and understood this Members Agreement & Code of Participation

Agree to comply with its terms

Accept responsibility for their conduct and participation
