All enrolments are confirmed once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By purchasing or enrolling in any training, course, or educational product, you agree to all policies outlined below.

Access & Delivery

• Digital and online courses are delivered via our chosen learning platform.

• Access details are provided after successful payment.

• Course access is granted for the period stated at the time of purchase.

Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content:

• All digital and online courses are non-refundable

• This includes pre-recorded programs, live online courses, webinars, downloadable resources, and on-demand content

• Once access has been granted, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued

No refunds will be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to complete the course

• Lack of use or engagement

• Technical issues on the participant’s end

• Scheduling conflicts for live online sessions

• Attendance at live online sessions is the responsibility of the participant

• Missed live sessions do not qualify for refunds

• Where recordings are provided, access will be granted as outlined in the course description

• We reserve the right to reschedule live online sessions if required

• All in-person training purchases are non-refundable

• Transfers may be considered at our discretion with written notice at least 7 days prior

• Transfers are subject to availability and may only be used once

Failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure does not qualify for refunds or credits.

• One-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance

• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited

• Course access is for individual use only

• Login details must not be shared

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if unauthorised sharing or misuse is detected

All training materials, including but not limited to:

• Videos and recordings

• Worksheets and downloadable files

• Training frameworks and methodologies

• Choreography, techniques, and educational systems

are protected intellectual property.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell content

• Share course access or materials

• Record live sessions without written consent

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Our courses and training are educational in nature.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific results or outcomes

• Titles, placements, certifications, or career advancement

• Financial or professional success

Results vary based on individual effort, application, and external factors beyond our control.

Participants are responsible for ensuring:

• Stable internet connection

• Compatible devices and software

• Ability to access the learning platform

Technical difficulties on the participant’s end do not entitle refunds.

Participants must behave respectfully and professionally.

We reserve the right to remove participants from any training or digital platform without refund if behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.

• Online and in-person sessions may be recorded for training or promotional purposes

• By participating, you grant consent unless you notify us in writing prior to commencement

Participant information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Any discussions, feedback, or shared information within training environments must remain confidential.

We reserve the right to:

• Update or modify course content

• Change delivery format (online or in-person)

• Substitute trainers or facilitators

• Cancel or reschedule sessions if necessary

Participants will be notified where reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse enrolment

• Suspend or terminate access

• Remove participants from training

• Withhold certificates or acknowledgements

Where policies are breached.

By enrolling in or purchasing any training, course, or digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies in full.
