Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to:

    • Contestants and participants

    • Judges, coaches, mentors, and trainers

Definitions

Intellectual Property (IP) includes, but is not limited to:

  • Logos, wordmarks, and branding

  • Crown, sash, and regalia designs

  • Titles, naming conventions, and formats

  • Training programs, choreography, methodologies, and frameworks

  • Written materials, images, videos, and digital content

  • Websites, graphics, and promotional assets

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All IP created by or for Pageanz Worldwide remains the property of Pageanz Worldwide

  • Contributors may not claim ownership of organisational IP

  • Use of Pageanz Worldwide IP does not confer ownership rights

Permitted Use

IP may be used only:

  • With written authorisation

  • In accordance with brand guidelines

  • For approved Pageanz Worldwide purposes

Use must not:

  • Misrepresent the organisation

  • Be misleading, offensive, or harmful

  • Be altered without approval

Prohibited Use

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Unauthorised reproduction or distribution

  • Commercial use without permission

  • Alteration or modification of branding

  • Use after termination of affiliation

  • Registration of confusingly similar brands or domains

  • Sale or licensing of Pageanz Worldwide IP by unauthorised parties

Contestant & Titleholder Use

Contestants and titleholders may:

  • Reference their participation or title accurately

  • Use approved branding during their authorised term

They may not:

  • Use titles after their term ends

  • Represent themselves as official spokespersons without approval

  • Use branding for personal commercial gain without consent

Partner & Sponsor Use

Partners and sponsors may use Pageanz Worldwide branding only:

  • As specified in written agreements

  • For the duration of the partnership

  • In accordance with brand guidelines

All rights cease upon termination.

Monitoring & Enforcement

Pageanz Worldwide reserves the right to:

  • Monitor use of its IP and branding

  • Request immediate removal of unauthorised content

  • Take corrective or legal action where required

Breach of Policy

Breaches may result in:

  • Immediate cessation of use

  • Removal from events or roles

  • Termination of agreements

  • Revocation of titles or affiliations

  • Legal action to protect IP rights

Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed:
