Ethical Alignment & Exclusions
Pageanz Worldwide will not enter into partnerships that:

Promote discrimination, exploitation, or harm

Undermine the organisation’s reputation or values

Create real or perceived conflicts of interest

Exert inappropriate influence over judging, outcomes, or governance
Approval Process
All sponsorships and partnerships must:

Be reviewed by management

Be approved in accordance with delegated authority

Be documented in a written agreement
High-risk or high-value partnerships may require governing body approval.
Written Agreements
All sponsorships and partnerships must be governed by a written agreement outlining:

Termination provisions
Brand & Intellectual Property Use
Partners may only use Pageanz Worldwide branding:

In accordance with brand guidelines

For the agreed term and purpose
All rights cease immediately upon termination of the agreement.
Conduct Expectations
Sponsors and partners must:

Act ethically and professionally

Comply with Pageanz Worldwide policies

Respect participants, staff, and volunteers
-
Avoid conduct that could bring the organisation into disrepute
Breaches may result in immediate termination.
Safeguarding & Participant Protection
Sponsors and partners must:

Comply with safeguarding requirements
-
Avoid direct unsupervised contact with children or vulnerable persons
-
Respect consent, privacy, and dignity at all times
Any safeguarding concerns will be treated as serious and escalated immediately.
Conflicts of Interest
Any actual or perceived conflicts of interest must be:

Declared prior to entering an agreement

Managed in accordance with the Conflict of Interest Policy
Monitoring & Review
Pageanz Worldwide reserves the right to:

Monitor sponsor and partner conduct

Review alignment throughout the partnership

Require corrective action where necessary
Termination
Pageanz Worldwide may terminate a sponsorship or partnership immediately if:

Policies are breached
-
Reputational risk arises
-
Safeguarding concerns are identified
-
Legal or ethical concerns emerge
Termination may occur without compensation where justified.
Records Management
All sponsorship and partnership agreements will be:

Stored securely

Managed in accordance with records and privacy policies

This policy will be reviewed:

When organisational or legal requirements change
Acknowledgement
All sponsors and partners acknowledge their responsibility to comply with this Sponsorship & Partnerships Policy.
