• Members under 18 must have parent or guardian consent where required.

Each subscription tier includes specific benefits as outlined at the time of purchase. These may include:

• Group or small-group catwalk coaching sessions

• Access to coaches, mentors, or guest facilitators

• Special events, workshops, or member-only experiences

• Community or member platform access

Inclusions may vary by tier and may change from time to time to reflect program development.

• Digital content is delivered via our chosen online platforms.

• Live coaching sessions may be delivered online or in person and are subject to scheduling and availability.

• Pageanz Worldwide reserves the right to change delivery format, facilitators, or session timing where reasonably required.

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis, depending on the option selected at checkout.

• Payment will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.

• It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure payment details remain current.

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

• Members may upgrade their subscription at any time, with changes taking effect immediately or at the next billing cycle.

• Downgrades may take effect at the next billing cycle.

• Some tiers may have minimum commitment periods or capacity limits.

• Subscriptions may be cancelled by the Member at any time via the designated account or written notice.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Due to the nature of digital content, coaching access, and reserved capacity:

• All subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial use or non-attendance.

• No refunds will be provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of engagement.

Nothing in this section limits rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Pausing subscriptions is not guaranteed and may be offered at our discretion for exceptional circumstances only.

Members must comply with:

• Code of Conduct

• Safeguarding and Health & Safety policies

• Community guidelines

Unacceptable behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

All subscription content, including videos, materials, coaching frameworks, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of Pageanz Worldwide.

Members may not:

• Share login details

• Record sessions without permission

• Copy, distribute, or resell content

Unauthorised use may result in termination and legal action.

Access to member communities is a privilege and must be used respectfully.

We reserve the right to:

• Moderate discussions

• Remove content

• Suspend or revoke access for breaches of conduct

• Attendance at live sessions is the responsibility of the Member.

• Missed sessions do not entitle refunds or credits.

• Recordings may be provided at our discretion.

Subscriptions provide education, coaching, and support only.

We do not guarantee:

• Pageant placements, titles, or outcomes

• Personal, professional, or competitive success

Results vary based on individual effort and external factors.

Pageanz Worldwide may update:

• Pricing (with notice for existing subscribers)

• Inclusions or structure

• Platform or delivery methods

Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if:

• These Terms are breached

• Payment fails

• Conduct is inappropriate or unsafe

• Safeguarding concerns arise

Termination for breach does not entitle a refund.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, unless otherwise stated.
